- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Book and qualify meetings for our Account Executives
- Help shape our pitch, angles and approach
Requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months experience with meeting booking, telesales or outbound sales
- Ambitious and results-oriented with high energy
- Not afraid of the phone - you thrive on conversations with new people
- Fluent Danish in writing and speaking
- Able to work on-site at our Kolding office

Responsibilities
- Drive and evolve the technical platform and architecture
- Active participation in daily development and technical decisions
- Overall responsibility for development processes, quality and technical direction
- Planning and managing development tasks in Jira
- Management responsibility for a small development team
- Close collaboration and direct reporting to the CEO
Must have
- Solid experience with Node.js and Vue.js
- Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to take technical ownership and make decisions on behalf of product and business
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools, including Claude AI
- Experience leading or coordinating small teams
- Experience scaling systems and processes
